    This paper aims to analyze the legal and constitutional reforms that in recent years have served to confront the international financial crisis. Using comparative law, it reviews the way in which the federal systems of the United States and the European Union have regulated the rescue of private entities and the bankruptcies of territorial entities. The final purpose is to see if an "economic constitution of risk" is emerging, where the principle of stability is particularly protected.
