    The jusnaturalistic attempts to found the human rights are inconsistent. Instead of legitimizing human rights based on the fact of liberty, liberty is considered as a result of a liberal process of juridification. Thus, the claim for global implementation of the human rights turns the model of liberal society the unic order of liberty which should be – from this point of view – implanted even using violence.
