    La conférence de Stockholm organisée sous l’égide des Nations Unies, qui se déroula en juin 1972, permit la création du Programme des Nations unies pour l’Environnement. La genèse de ce Programme, exclusivement consacré aux questions environnementales, est l’occasion d’analyser les modalités d’établissement d’une Représentation permanente française auprès d’une agence onusienne. The Genesis of the French Permanent Representation to the United Nations Environment Program The Stockholm conference takes place on June 1972. Organized by the United Nations, it was about to enable the creation of the United Nations Environment Program. The genesis of this program, exclusively devoted to environmental issues, offers opportunity to analyze the methods of establishing a French Permanent Representation to an UN agency.
