    A recent sentence of the Spanish Constitutional Court highlights the problematic of the principles of representation according to which the Spanish Parliamentary Bureaus are elected. Moreover the Constitutional Court looks after the fundamental right of those members to perform their representative positions against resolutions emanated from parliamentary bodies that exercise their functions temporary and with interpretative powers based on the Rules of Procedure on which some reasonable doubts are possible.
