    Una nueva reforma de la financiación autonómica

    In 2017 the negotiation of a new reform of the financing model of the Autonomous Communities has been initiated. According to the established agenda, the negotiation will be come to an end in 2018. After outlining the first steps of the negotiation process and main aspects of the current system, this paper analyses the crucial questions which require a reform: the adequacy of resources, tax autonomy and fiscal co-responsibility, the equalisation and, finally, the rules of stability and public debt.
