    The development of the public information in the autonomous area across laws of transparency presents a constitutional dimension. The possible maladjustment to the Constitution and to the near Law of state Transparency they raise a problematics concerning the ownership of the rights of information, the restrictions of his area of application and with regard to the limits and guarantees established by the autonomous legislator. The deficiencies and controversies that the autonomous legislation of transparency generates are analyzed from a constitutional perspective.
